Leadership
Ravi Kant Mathur
Our Promoter and Director Mr. Ravi Kant Mathur has experience of approximately 23 years in financial services, merchant banking & debt securities market. Prior to promoting Dimension Financial, he worked with Bajaj Capital Ltd for 3 years in Merchant Banking, Marketing of public issue of equity & bonds and private placement of debt securities issued by public sector undertakings and state government undertakings. Thereafter, he worked as Asst Vice President in SPA Merchant Bankers Limited (Now SPA Capital Advisors Limited) in merchant banking division handling public issues of both debt & equity and private placement of debt securities. He has experience in preparation of offer documents as well as in marketing of issues and distribution of financial products.
Prachi Chopra
Smt. Prachi Chopra, Promoter & Director, has experience of more than 22 years in providing insurance services to individuals & corporates and Human Resource Management. Prior to promoting Dimension Financial Solutions Private Limited, she worked with Bajaj Capital Limited and Aviva Life Insurance in various positions in the life insurance department, and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd as Area Manager - Sales Training.
Vivek Gautam
Mr. Vivek Gautam, Director, has more than 32 years of experience in Merchant Banking including management of public issues of equity and debt, right issues, private placement of debt securities, managing open offer, buyback offer, delisting and as well as advisors on corporate restructuring including mergers, demergers & acquisitions. Further, he has vast experience of advisory and capital restructuring. He has worked in senior positions handling Merchant Banking assignments with prestigious Bankers like PNB Capital Services Limited, Bajaj Capital Limited, SPA Capital Advisor Limited & SMC Capitals Limited etc.
